Workplace Suicide Prevention Coordinator
Sean Smith is a Licensed Certified Social Worker (LCSW), who also has a Master’s in Disaster Resilience Leadership (MS-DRL). Sean has worked with different communities all across Massachustts providing many different services. Sean has worked with people in mental health crisis thhrough Mobile Crisis intervention (MCI). Sean also provided therapy using trauma informed techniques such as Attachment, Regulation, Competency (ARC) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) at one of Riverside’s Community Behavorial Health Center (CBHC). Sean has experience working with people who are struggling with trauma through group, couples, family and individual therapy. Sean serves as the Program Coordinator for Workplace Suicide Prevention targeting working age men, in higher risk industries.
