Workplace Suicide Prevention Coordinator
Sean Smith, LICSW, MS-DRL, is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker with a Master’s in Disaster Resilience Leadership and extensive experience supporting diverse communities across Massachusetts. He has worked in Mobile Crisis Intervention (MCI), assisting individuals experiencing acute mental health crises. He has provided trauma-informed therapy using approaches such as Attachment, Regulation, and Competency (ARC) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) at one of Riverside’s Community Behavioral Health Centers (CBHCs). Sean has worked with individuals, couples, families, and groups affected by trauma, and currently serves as the Program Coordinator for Workplace Suicide Prevention, focusing on suicide prevention efforts for working-age adults in high-risk industries.
