Learning Technology Specialist 

Matt Shannon has served in technology, marketing, and sales roles in the human services, technology, real estate, and financial services industries. His role at MindWise focuses on supporting our Learning Management System and the technology platforms that power our behavioral health training programs.

Previously Matt was a Technology Navigator at Riverside Community Care, assisting persons served gain access to technology and improve their digital literacy. He is passionate about helping provide content and resources that support personal growth. Matt holds a master’s degree from MIT and a bachelor’s degree from New York University. Outside of work he enjoys spending time with family and friends, exploring new venues, and getting out on the water.
