New Name, Same Mission: MindWise Innovations Rebrands as SOS Signs of Suicide 

Dedham, Massachusetts – MindWise Innovations, a recognized leader in suicide prevention education and a service of the non-profit Riverside Community Care, is proud to announce that it will begin operating under the name SOS Signs of Suicide effective December 8, 2025.  

This strategic transition reflects a deep alignment with our flagship program, SOS Signs of Suicide, which has demonstrated a reduction in suicide attempts by 64% and is trusted by thousands of schools nationwide. The program has become synonymous with MindWise’s mission, and we expect this change to strengthen the existing trust and recognition among the schools, colleges, state agencies, and non-profit partners we serve.

Many of the schools we work with already refer to us as SOS Signs of Suicide, so adopting this as our name is a natural evolution that reflects who we are and what we do. By embracing this identity, we’re moving forward with clarity and purpose, while expanding our ability to reach more students and individuals with lifesaving suicide prevention skills.”   

SOS Signs of Suicide will continue to offer its full catalog of evidence-based programs, including suicide prevention education for students in grades six through college, as well as training for all adults in K-12 schools and on higher education campuses. Clients can continue to expect the same high level of expertise, support, and service that they’ve come to rely on.
