Are you feeling stressed or anxious – especially with the double-whammy of the pandemic and holiday season? In this interactive webinar, experts from Riverside Community Care and MindWise Innovations (a service of Riverside) will give a brief overview of anxiety, depression, and stress, and will discuss the impact these emotions have on our bodies and brains. They’ll also talk about the mind-body connection and will delve into why women tend to push off taking care of ourselves. As well as learning other managing strategies, attendees will have the opportunity to practice two short, mind-body exercises– tools that can be used again and again to alleviate stress and anxiety.
