Mollie is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker with over 10 years of experience in direct practice, supervision, program leadership, and training development. Mollie is also a 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT). Mollie has experience working with youth and families across various settings, with a focus on crisis intervention and trauma informed care.

At Beth Israel Lahey Health Behavioral Services, she served as director of a community-based youth program, which provided home-based therapy and psychoeducational groups.  She later became internship training director where she developed programming to enhance the intern and college partner experience. Mollie also developed and implemented a self-care series focused on workplace wellness and burnout prevention. Passionate about integrating holistic, mind-body approaches, Mollie strives to enhance well-being and resilience throughout her work.
