Behavioral Health Consultant

Kim is an Assistant Vice President for Riverside Community Care’s Child & Family Services and Behavioral Health Consultant for MindWise. She has over 20 years of experience in direct care and management roles, and earned a certificate in Non-Profit Management and Leadership. She has worked with women and families experiencing domestic violence and sexual assault, and, as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, with individuals, couples and families struggling with mental health or healing in the aftermath of trauma.  Deeply committed to diversity, inclusion, and equity initiatives in the workplace, Kim supports staff by facilitating conversations in wellness, resiliency, and professional development. Recognizing the intersection of behavioral and physical health, she recently became a Certified Health and Wellness Coach through Duke Integrative Medicine.  When not at work, Kim enjoys traveling with friends, kayaking at local water spots, and photography.
