Director of Growth

Becky Blackler is a Senior Growth Executive with over 20 years of experience in building a variety of organizations, from start-ups to established enterprises. Sitting at the intersection of sales, marketing, finance, customer success, and operations, Becky has served as a trusted advisor for emerging start-ups, VC and private equity companies, professional services firms, industry associations, enterprise tech companies, and more. Becky is the Growth Director for MindWise Innovations, a non-profit that offers a comprehensive approach to mental health, substance use, and suicide prevention. Becky also currently serves as President of Boston Women in Finance, a professional women’s organization dedicated to bringing together a diverse community of accomplished executives to network, collaborate, and inspire one another.

Prior to MindWise, Becky served as Executive Director, then President, of The CFO Leadership Council, a national professional association dedicated to empowering CFOs. Through her leadership, The CFO Leadership Council grew a local, Boston-based organization to a nationally established thought leader, with over 27 chapters located throughout the United States. Becky has also served in a variety of strategic leadership and growth roles in multiple technology and professional services firms, as well as has served as a Growth Consultant to many more throughout her 20 years.
